Some people have a tradition of sending Christmastime letters to their friends and extended families to update them on all the news about the family, and to send holiday greetings and well wishes.
Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has sent we distant Americans a pleasant little Christmastime letter, too.
How thoughtful.
And his opening doxology even sounds like one of the Gospel-writers: "In the name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful. O, Almighty God, bestow upon humanity the perfect human being promised to all by You, and make us among his followers."
Of course, his God is the Allah of the radically violent, intolerant, bloodthirsty Islamofascist terrorists. And the "perfect human being" he wishes upon us is the hidden Twelfth Imam that will usher in Armegeddon by slaughtering all infidels. Not exactly Joy to the World, is it?
